Quotation Terms and Conditions
On the acceptance of a FrozenGlobe quotation and/or invoice, you agree to bind yourself to our Terms and Conditions. FrozenGlobe holds the rights to change quotations and/or invoices at their sole discretion.
Validity
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Deposit
50% deposit of the quotation value must be paid prior to the commencement of the contract, into the account specified on the quotation form.
Payments
Payment is strictly COD (Cash On Delivery) on completion and approval of the work. Credit terms are not accepted, unless granted by FrozenGlobe, before the commencement of the work.
Late or Non-payment
FrozenGlobe holds the right to charge interest on late payments at the prime interest rate of South Africa + 5% compounded on a daily basis.
Delays
The client will be invoiced in full for work completed to date, if he/she delays necessary information to complete the work, for a period of 60 days.
Termination
The 50% deposit will be retained to cover expenses incurred and no refunds will be made, should you decide to cancel the quotation prior to commencement of work. The remainder of the amount quoted is still liable to be paid, should you decide to cancel after the work has been completed.
Ownership
FrozenGlobe reserves the rights to all work done, until full and final payment has been made. Open Source Development ownership and licensing subject to the GPL, BSD/APACHE, LGPL or alternatives where applicable.
